To start off, here's mine:
Assault - Spectre 17k:
Gallente Assault G-1 (STD)
Basic Light Damage Mod (STD)
Exile/Dren Rifle (STD)
Locus Grenades (STD)
Cloak Field (STD)
Enhanced Armor Plating x3 (ADV)
Total Ehp: around 700
Armor Rep: 2 per second
And I kick ass with this. Very seriously, and I feel like a bad ass. My ratio with this suit is around 4:1 KDR, and I target heavies...because apparently I can solo Heavies now, but not damn logis with rail rifles. doesn't make an ounce of sense to me but hell, wtf.
Assault already has a nice speed even with armor plates, and strafing around a heavy with an HMG isn't that hard. If you can take out the logi or clean up crew the heavy has, it usually is pretty easy to solo the heavy--you can also go straight for the heavy if you'd like, just make sure to bleed it through or the logi following might plump him back up to retaliate.
I wallow in pools of blood and wash myself anew, I throw away my ugly self in order to become something beautiful...

Ok this is really a joke fitting but yes I have run it and it is crazy fun.
See assault with RR 20m away... he fires at me as I begin my charge... when I'm half way there he suddenly realises what's happening. Turns to flee... But his armor plated ass is too slow and I catch him and he gets shot-gunned in the back.
Swap 2 kin-cats for complex profile damps and you're under the passive scans of those pesky scouts (barring cal scouts) if they're not using a precision mod.
Still have 7.07m/s sprint too.

Well, the armour tanked logi from Chromosome with a Viziam was responsible for my high KDR long after i stopped using it.
But my most successful balanced fitting, was a speed/hack tanked Min logi. It probably turned the tide of more than a few PC battles back in the days of Cronos.
Before I quit, I loved my Templar Sentinel with two reps a HMG and Templar ScP.
Stylish, cheap, and deadly. Especially finishing people with the pistol.
