So I'm fresh out of the academy with a new character right? All he's got is remotes so all I can really do is run around like an idiot.
Spartan biker drives up to me in a LAV and fatty jeeps me for my first death.
Then the rest of the time was spent getting killed with one burst of some DDB guy with a combat rifle.
But this is the part that pissed me off.
Some douche in an ADS decides it's a fun idea to hunt me down like a dog, even though it's a city map and I duck and hide under objects, he still manages to get me because he's that much of an ego-maniacal murderer.
Edit: And you know what? You're god damn right I sent him hate mail because if I was on my other character I'd have blown that Python up 10 times before that match ended.
So yeah. That's the ******* NPE. Maybe you should fix it for Legion CCP, if you want to make anywhere near as much money as you would have if you didn't abandon the PlayStation.

Pretty sure thats why legion is getting PVE. Dust side gets the same old "GG or HTFU, scrub...while you can!" Not a big fan of hearing it, but it works.

Is PVE going to be in Legion from the beginning, I have not read anything like that. Link please. Not that I would ever touch the game anyway. |

Hmm. You kind of have a point, but kind of don't.
I remember when I was REALLY a newberry, and I was pissed that everything spawn killed me. I think the only thing that kept me playing was all the different stuff you could skill into.
I don't think it would affect AUR sales to make an advanced gear only mode or something.

I was wondering if you were referring to our spartan biker. Sorry fella, we just play the game, I do wish there was a place where you could grow a bit before being thrown to the wolves.
You need SP to be competitive, but you need to do well to get it. It's a vicious loop new players get trapped in.

They said Legion would be more emphasis on gear than skills. Scavenging planets would be a big part of the game. So, I'd assume at least you can end up immediately with sweet gear.
New players learning the ropes can't be helped though. Even with a separate area for new players it won't work unless you go as far as allowing access according to people's account info. Otherwise, a person can just create another account (not to mention another character on the same account) and grief.
