There's many questions a lot of us have been asking throughout the past few weeks. Luckily CCP Rat has answered a few that I have asked.
He has confirmed there will be no new maps.
He has confirmed there will be no player market.
He has confirmed they are still working on a PC overhaul.

Unfortunately the first two answers are two that I find very disappointing. He also confirmed that new models would be a client side update, which they are no longer working towards, at least in the short-mid term. Of course they could release new weapons and suits but they would look identical to the ones we already have but with different stats. So I wouldn't be holding your breath for any new weapons or maps in the near future, more likely ever.
So those of you who already paid for BPOs anticipating the player market I would start asking for your ISK back. Those who were hoping for new maps to perhaps refresh the game, I feel your pain. Heavies who are stuck with just two heavy weapons, sorry you will never see your salvation. As for those PC players, we may have something good in store, time will tell. Anyone who still enjoys playing this unfinished, still broken, game - I will see you on the battlefield while I unleash my disgust for CCP onto your clones. |

Ace Combat: Infinity is coming to PS3-free to play-on May 28th...they'll probably screw us over a year from now too...

so lame, but at least we know what to expect and not to expect. hopefully they will at least up the number of clones in a clone package sometime soon. 120 just inst enough. i think 180 would be perfect.

If you have actually played the game for more than 30 minutes, a person of average intelligence would see how utterly awful of a shooter this game is. It didn't take a CCP announcement to come to the realization that its a dead end. It has been a dead end for 95% of its life. |
