My Gunnlogi fitting shouldn't work.
1x Complex Fuel Injector = 134 PG (no relevant skills)
1x Complex Shield Hardener = 225 PG (no relevant skills)
1x Complex Railgun Damage Amplifier = 168 PG*0.97=162.96PG (Level 1 Damage Amplifier Fitting Optimisation)
1x Enhanced 120mm Armour Plates = 672 PG*0.85=571.2 (Level 3 Armour Fitting Optimisation)
1x Basic Heavy Armour Repairer = 469 PG*0.85=398.65 PG (" ")
1x Particle Cannon = 817 PG*0.85=694.45 PG (Level 5 Large Railgun Fitting Optimisation)
134+225+162.96+571.2+398.65+694.45=2186.26 PG.
A Gunnlogi has a maximum PG of 2120.
My fitting is at 2117/2120.
Not sure why.
