I am unable to restock them so I'm guessing they're salvage.
I've played dust for quite a while now and I found it strange that I only have 2 when I have way more officer weapons...

They were given out when we had an event that gave prototype weapons for every x kills you got with it. The weapons have always existed but not on the market. We've had a few threads around trying to get CCP to put these in the market but had little luck.

Yeah, it was the event from a while back. You could also get the Imperial Breach Scrambler Pistol. I just like how they have an Imperial prefix even though they're not in the loyalty store. Remember when the Imperial Scrambler Rifle got changed to the Viziam Scrambler Rifle. |
