Some small articles here and there are not really a "hype". Dont know how delusional CCP is but do you really think the regular gamer would put on that thing? You got alot of work to do to get regular gamers to buy that. For example i havent seen a single TV advert so far in regards of oculus. You have to make it usable for masses and not just a small community of nerds. |

You are kidding right?
Every time CCP shows off Valkyrie there is a blip about it on the gaming news sites and then it is quickly forgotten again.
The big news is the devices, not Valkyrie. Hell go any IGN/Gamespot/NeoGAF/etc. forum and no one is talking about Valkyrie, but they sure as hell are and have been talking about a ton of AAA games and some indie titles and Occulus/Morpheus.
Also, E3 is for mainly a console show for the big boys. CCPs is the equivelent of a shack with a homeless man and buckets on the side of the road on the way to SUMMERFEST. Sure some people will stop for a second, but pretty much everyone will drive right by.

I find it quite amusing that you are not really give the E3 a bigger importance. Every gamer knows that it is the most important event of the year in regards of video games. You are either lacking confidence or you know that your product is not competetive. And no showing stuff on fanfest with tons of "yes sayers" who are playing eve for years is no advertising. I thought you are putting alot of work into Legion+Valkyrie. Seems like thats not the case, as expected. |

Valkyrie was a three minute demo with one game mode and one ship.

Had more than two years working on Dust. Been a year since release. More than enough time, you guys just gave up six months ago while you decided to hype the future and try and cash in.
Real AV doesn't stop until all the tanks are dead.

fairly true the ideas that ccp has just blow me away but iv been dissapointed so far (just barely) i think they should hire a few move designers and developers to help out afterall big games can be hard to do with a small team, imean there cnt be a shortage of designers out there willing to work with ccp after how good eve is
