UPLINK CAMPING.
I ******* hate it when I'm trying to play a game and the entire enemy team is moving as one unit destroying all our uplinks, camping them, moving onto the next.
but what can you expect in a game where they show you lit up like a christmas tree where you're going to spawn? it's so ******* frustrating.
I know we've been there, first game negative of the night so I guess it's time to quit for the night but holy **** is it annoying to spawn, die, spawn, die, spawn, die no matter where you go you just slowly get pushed back to your redline.
i'm talking about domination, heavy camping the uplink, sniper camping the uplink, it's very frustrating to not even be able to earn any ISK with your suit and just lose it instantly because some ******* is camping your spawn.
what are you supposed to do? honestly? spawn at your redline?
also this railgun glitch is starting to **** me off! I have never lost so many tanks in one night! when I shoot something, I expect it to take damage!

I always wanted "cloaked uplinks". I have noticed teams are very aggressive about removing links now and these really fast cloaked scouts with shotties can do it much quicker and better than any other class of suit, so while it has always been a priority to do this, it was often too difficult and dangerous to get close to the enemy team to remove their links, now they can do it easily and then camp the one link you have left.
It is just another element of the game though, teams shouldn't just drop links and forget them, they need to protect them, but they don't want to. It is similar to complaints about smart spawn in Ambush to me. The solution is to use links, use them well and protect them, but that is not what many people want to do, they just want to be able to spawn in safely and get to killing without having to do this. Very frustrating to come in on spawned links though and very frustrating for guys like me who have to keep dropping them and have to feel bad when they get camped.
Because, that's why.

I think matches are decided by whichever side has the fewest amount of militia running derpberries.
I've just started leaving matches. If I switch from my heavy to put out uplinks and nobody spawns on them while instead spawning on one of the 50 uplinks at the edge of the redline then I bounce. My stress level in Dust has dropped to zero since doing this.

If you ever shoot a link without the light beam, its a hacked link. As for camping, its been done since dust started. Now if I can get the stupid blueberries to STOP shooting them. ALL my links are INDESTRUCTABLE! Can't shoot what you can't find...... |

Spawn in smarter places. Zoom in on the uplink you want to spawn on and see if there's any little ants roaming around. It's actually really simple to not get spawn camped. |

I prefer spawn camping over running a Heavy suit 400m to the next available objective or deploying a LAV that I have to recall because I didn't get the BPO.
I don't mind reds spawn camping, either. Sometimes I can bust through the campers and secure the point again - and that's kinda awesome. It makes up for the times that I don't prevail as intended.
