What.Happened.To.It?
Seriously, this is something that CCP has stated "we are implementing such a system aimed at the next major release" back in January of 2013. Will SP Rollover be a thing, ever, in Legion or DUST?

It didn't happen because it allowed people to maximize their boosters by refusing to play for nearly a month, then activating one and super-grinding everything out.
This would have resulted in a major loss in income. |

Active Boosters would have multiplied to gain when you first had them rather than as you got them though, at least that was the idea. Still, I at least want CCP to say what happened rather than us having to make our own thoughts on the thing. It is something that has, supposedly, been talked about for an entire year and simply has not happened with no explanation from CCP.

I already do this with 3 day boosters. Why run long boosters when you can pop a 3-day mid week and cap out twice on 1 booster?

Right, which is one of the reasons why they said they wanted an SP Rollover. The fact that there has been nothing, zip, nada, zilch on SP Rollover is what has me annoyed; it is conspicuous by its absence.
