Changing the district timers taken from Kane to 1200 =/= giving them away. Why take them in the first place then? I suppose they may be forced to relinquish control now that a spotlight has been shone upon them, because after all, they are superior in the political arena. Their march toward 100% can continue afterwards. Sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot. Ever real in a fish?

Even if it was, NF was originally with GTA, which was enough to match our talent. We know many players are arguing about our timer of districts.

I say nothing to the criticism for our strategy
ButpÇÇWe won the districts by attack at their timer.
Some was early morning in Japan,we had to get up with alarm clock.
Some was noon in Japan,we spent our holiday to fight.

Those were difficult tasks but we achieved.
That is why now those districts are set at JP time.

Past, those districts were set the best time of their owner.
Now,ours.
