I agree.. I would play Legion if it was just Dust on the PC.
edit: but i'm a bit of a veteran player though. For the long term success of the game it absolutely cannot release without some form of PvE and a completely revamped NPE. |

Pssst, hey CCP Rouge... seriously... this guy, he gets it.
All of that planet exploration stuff looks neat, really, I like where your head is at. Keep going with those ideas... but OP has listed what we need at launch. If you can polish these three things, you will be laying the ground work for a game that could rival Eve Online.
If you can't deliver these three things at launch then the game is not ready for launch. Postpone launch date until they are ready. Seriously. Launching without these three features is like walking out of the house ready for your day... except without pants.

I would say that those three plus open world gameplay is what we need at launch.
There is a significant portion of the remaining base that wants it and if it isn't included at launch (beta launch even), IDK if they'll stick around.
I mean, we've been waiting on this for ~2 years now.

I wish they would bring some elements from Planetside 2 into Legion, in one way or other, like persistent battlefields, or some form of persistency, also player developed areas.
Let players create the game content. Let we create desirable industrial sites and dreadful keeps to defend them (of course, all within fair limitations) |

Man i havent played dust in months and I just had a few games again yesterday. Dust still has tons of potential but - F**K ME! How bad is the framerate! Its pixely, looks terrible!
Damn CCP bring us Legion so we can experience DUST how it should have been! |

The initial starting point for Legion should probably be Dust with PVE and player market (possibly integrated with Eve).
