I honestly wouldn't use the cloak if they would remove the bonus and just make it a blanket -75% of the cloak CPU/PG instead of it being a bonus where it's only effective at level 5. (this is also why I didn't cross-skill into the Gal scout).

That sht used to be on point with advertisements but now they seep through the cracks, grrrrrrr. I have beasty anti everything.
