I figure mine are like:
War: 80
Lead: 50
Intel: 70
Charm:80
Pol: 85
The Officer I would choose to be is Lu Meng of Wu. A well rounded officer who understood the value of an opinion.

Intel 20 Im TBD founder for a reason
Charm 75 +or- 10 depending on if you like my philly dialect.
Pol 70 i do ok
Im more of a situational civil officer that can be a average martial officer.

I had no idea who he was talking about either. I just figured with my melee glitch, forum warrior glitch and my ability in rallying folks together, I would be 100 across the board lol

I think I should be offended by, "while the real lords were out in wars", but I'm not. I have a role Sota. LOL...thanks to you guys my corps finally found what I am good at. The real world skills showed in-game LOL...thanks...they was about to send me to the minors before this war. I was ready to apply to HvLP

I think you're confused.
Your role really is of the noble, and one who is put in control of things while 'real lords were away' were usually hand picked for loyalty and action. They didn't need great stats - they were trusted to follow the commands left behind in case of emergency. Such officers even defeated the great Lu Bu when he surprise attack Cao Cao rear.
And the officer I compared you too - Liu Biao - was once running against the other kingdoms for control and power, he held vast control. His only downfall was his officers were incompetent, forcing him to join Cao Cao when he came with an army no one had seen in long time.
