You want to make the NPE better? Do this.

Part 3
As for a tutorial, make it have classes in which you can attend (for things like fittings and the market) and preform (for things like how to move about the battlefield, and specific types of fighting like EWAR).
Do these things, or something similar, and I assure you that the NPE will improve.

Tutorial is a must for a good NPE in my opinion so +1 to you good sit.

I am pretty sure I read this somewhere before. It has great ideas, it would be cool for CCP to at least give it a look into. |

I like this idea. But maybe what Vince should say before he pulls the trigger of his Bolt Pistol is 'Welcome to New Eden'. Sort of how if you QQ to much about something in EVE, they always say 'Welcome to EVE!'
