It would be pointless at this point (no pun intended). If Legion is going on PC and thus likely to be more connected to TQ without having to rely on Sony for sales, it's likely PLEX will get involved sooner than we think which can provide an incentive for Legionaries via the NeX Store if Legionaries are ever given access to the store. And since PLEX can be bought with either cash or ISK, this can be rather attractive to new players who like to get their hands on cosmetic items. Of course, the NeX Store will need to be updated with cosmetic items suitable for Legion players and the ISK sink and faucets needs to be properly balanced. It's because of their already broad understanding of how the Eve universe works, which will be intricately connected to Dust's universe. It just makes sense to have people who understand more than just the FPS side of what Legion and Dust had, and also the mechanics of orbital bombardments on the Eve side, the economy that we'll be connected too, the way planetary development currently works, etc.
