Rly? Each player wouldn't get their own unique thing, it would be a community upload and use. Maybe use a voting scheme to find the best design. I bet dollars to bitcoins that cal heavies would love a duped minnie HMG to complete their look. Minmatar looking ships could crop up overnight. The stats don't have to be different at first, but people could gain higher immersion and feel more choice in what they use. Every sobmission would have to be reviewd, polished, and assembled on a package to e delivered in the next update cycle. Every update would have to be downloaded by the playerbase. That potentially could mean a game too big too loaded with useless stuff. You could perhaps have a system built inside the game that would allow the player to chose what to download, but with the asset not being wildely available, it would perhaps mod only your own client, wich I personally dosent find useful and probably isnt worth the effort - or even if the PS3 woudl allow for it, since it woudl be one more asset to render and control game wise within a limited and outdated hardware.

They are nice and I like programming, researching and digital drawing/painting on them. It will be my next tech investment. I want a gaming rig sooo bad too. A pc game could do it but with microsoft or sony as middle men i don't think it would ever happen on a console. Probably the most that might be allowed would be some way to generate a map using a tool on the PC and then upload the map to CCP for inspection and implementation.

You can build a pc to do all that on plus gaming for a lesser price than most Macs. Can't say I'm all that surprised.

It would be awesome if they could find a way to have randomly generated maps and terain as well as weather effects or why not have us fight in the middle of a electrical storm that could affect our radar some how, there is so much that we can think of for this game. I've already spent cash on Dust, I'd probably spend even more on LBD514 (though tbh, I think I'd rather it be more like Civ4 where you need to actually code rather than just use worldbuilder tools).
