What falls under normal content update CCP had was adding entirely new mechanics to the game, like cloaking and closer link with EvE and PvE. It also means no expansion to PC. MH is all we gettin'. So, basically, nothing changes. The only real change is that every 6 months we don't get so special new toy/mechanic to play with. This does not mean this game isn't completely doomed, however. With Dust 2.0 you can be assured we are quite ******.

It'll have teams dedicated to advancing it - just at a much slower pace and no major content.
