I submitted a ticket today and i was just wondering how long it takes for them to reply, so i know when to expect it. Anyone have a good average?
Dedicated Shield Tanking vet since Open Beta.
Up and coming Python pilot.
The awnser is always XT missiles....

I would think less than a week.
I don't think I've had many that take more than a couple of days.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Typically with 8 hours, at least the gms respond better than the devs team or community managers.

I usually get a response within the day.
Accidentally spent SP on level 5 light suit when i wanted lvl 5 scout, submitted a ticket right away and it was fixed in about 2 hours.

Depends when. They get the weekend off so the ones I have sent on Thursday my time generally do not get answered until about Monday or Tuesday my time. I would guess generally about 24-48 hours.
Of course, I did have this one:

Two weeks. Even forgot I filed the damn thing. Massive delay was surely because of FanFest. Funny part is that the response was "Support Ticket system is not the proper place to file bug reports" despite there being a Bug reports category. *shrugs*
