Edit: I also nominate California CatDog. He is the best Scrambler Rifle user I have ever seen, better than Lea Silencio (sorry), better than 1st Lieutenant Tiberius (sorry again ), and better than many others, although I've never seen him face up with Rei Shepard.
Edit 2: Also, Dengru and Fiddlstaxp should be on the list. They melee tanked before it was cool. I got the chance to log onto Dengru's account, and every one of his fits utilized Myofibril Stimulants. It was amazing, but his whole playstyle died due to 1.8.
