Even though I hadn't gotten online since 5/1, I still continue to visit the forums to see exactly when the plug will be pulled. The way I see it, CCP is most likely waiting for AUR sales to dry up and then DUST will go the way of the Dodo. With how CCP handled DUST during Fanfest though, I see AUR sales drying up real quick (just like remaining players).
I cannot be bought, but I can be leased.

Neither sony or CCP will dictate that, the players will. Servers can be on for years, but less than 1000 players will mean the same thing.

You are in for a long wait.... There is at LEAST another year in Dust .
No job is worth doing if you don't get paid in the end .

I'd have to disagree. If CCP actually gave Legion it's own Fanfest timeslot rather than taking over DUST's, I would believe you. How CCP treated DUST at Fanfest though showed CCP did not see a future for DUST.

You can disagree all the want whether or not Dust has a future has little to do with it . The fact is it will be at least a year before Legion is anywhere near ready to even test .
In the meantime Dust will have to remain just to preserve our characters ...... not to mention they can do fixes to FW and PC mechanics and test them here for future integration in Legion . We're here ..... might as well use us .
No job is worth doing if you don't get paid in the end .

As said, Legion has not been green lighted AND there is no guarantee anything can be actually transferred to Legion from DUST (although they are wanting to make that happen) if Legion actually does get a green light. Therefore, you putting a lot of (more) faith in CCP. Just don't be too disappointed if Legion doesn't totally work out for you as you are hoping.
