So I was wondering what kind of requirements a PC will be needed for Legion, I mean...it's a modified UE3 engine so it can't be that hardware intensive.
On that note any advice for a gaming computer around $1000.00.

It hasn't been said with the game not even out of alpha yet, however if they wish for it to reach a broader audience it'll be very scaleable.
It will have to be largely scaleable in order to have very large battles anyway.

DUAL-SLI is not supported in UE3 or UE4 so look only at single GPU systems.

At fanfest CCP shows 'barebone' like http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/nuc/nuc-kit-d54250wyk.html that they can use for play Eve client. Assuming 'ONE character' that can play all three games in one place
i5 + 8 GB + intel based card (they are not so fast) shoud be enough for Unreal engine 4
Not much time left...

If incarna was anything to go on.
Only two computer will be able to run it: the NSA Mainframe, and NASA.
