At least I feel everyone is asking the wrong questions, I haven't heard anyone ask this question. With Legion Dust players got stabbed in the back we did, maybe not in such a dramatic way but we got f'd over. I don't trust CCP anymore they have lost that trust and that's not me being "butthurt." They've shown time and time with Dust that they bit off more then they can chew they try and claim that the near basic scraps of work they give off is the best thing that ever happened to dust.
Clocks, some suits, are you serious. This should have been at the game from the beginning not close to the end when ur giving up on dust.
The question I haven't seen anyone ask is if Dust will still be getting new content? Everyone is afraid of what will happen to dust with legion on the horizon. CCP says they will be two diffrent games, but then they say (at least on that I can remeber) they want to transfer or sp data.
I know they said that they haven't given up on dust. Like I said don't trust them. They haven't said they will up date and add new content, for all we know all they mean is that they will still run events and such events. I keep looking at reedit and YouTube and I have not once seen anything new that will becoming to dust. All I hear is legion, legion. I looked at the dust keynotes and the road table and all they talked about from what I saw was legion(admitly I didn't watch the whole things so I might have missed something)
I hears no metion of new guns, vehicles, map layouts. For f's sake I know that maps can't be Planetside style but they could be a smig bigger. I'm not dumb I know the game has limitations but at the same time I don't feel CCP is doing they're best. I've seen the best, warhawk, starhawk, metal gear online, section 8 prejudice . With legion this game has junk data that is pointless. But what ever I'm rambling now. |

I think they have answered this, there will be some changes to PC, matchmaking and balancing issues. No new content.
Because, that's why.

If you look at the maps they are huge....they just cut down to a non kill zone area....ive looked before and everything is just one map....just different redzones

New content for DUST has been a frequent question in the sticky thread, and was asked in the "silence is hurting" thread where Saberwing and Logibro have been answering our questions.
There haven't been any realistic and constructive improvements to the stock "bug fixes, another look at planetary conquest, other stuff that's months overdue" answer yet, but this IS a question that's being pushed pretty hard by the playerbase.
I'm surprised you've missed it, actually. |

They already said no new content and I asked devs in irc about player market and there are no plans. not being worked on. He said its not impossible to do or happen but it is very very unlikely. All focus is on legion.
