On page 3 you will see the audit is addressed to the board of directors and the stockholders, on page 8 you will see a report of their shares and employee shares. Even if you assume the owner as holding all of the shares aside from what has been given to the employees that means that they do in fact have investors who have paid in time and taken shares in exchange. But seriously why would they have structured the company to be traded if they were not issuing those shares for capital. Am not saying there is anything to worry about in EVE to do so would be nothing more than a wild guess since I have only logged into EVE for a total of about 20 minutes and have no reason to keep up with it at all. What I am saying is that CCP is setting a great pattern for themselves in being indecisive, uncoordinated, and be willing to toss a project aside so ANYTHING under CCPs control will be at risk sooner or later.
