I don't know what it is. There's no point to anything, there's no guidance or progression or anything. All you do is run around in a green field until you find some guys running around a point and try your hardest not to get killed by tanks.

I never played a game with such a bland universe as PS2, it was just really boring after only a couple of hours. Than we've tried faffing about with some Corp members, but even that didn't help, it was still a boring game with uninteresting mechanics and bland visuals :(.

You can spend money to unlock things without having to grind the ingame currency for it, but its no different from a weapon you did grind for. There is nothing that is restricted to just real money.
Also while the tanks are pretty beefy as hell, it works in the PS2 environment because they are a far greater number of players on the field then Dust, so they can go down quickly. At least in my experience they do. People flock to those fuckin shiny toys.
And if PS2 is dead on PC, then does PS2 having more players then Dust make this game a form of necromancy? |

Its just massive zerging all the time, and the chevrons are way to mini to say if its fiebe or foe, cant get along with the game at all

I came here to encourage everyone in this thread to not play Planetside2.
Anyone still playing Dust514 is too silly to see what even CCCP acknowledges these days.
Also, tbh, you kids are so bad at Dust514 that your presence in an actual goodgame would offend me. |

You can change the color of the chevrons to more easily distinguish friend vs foe if you're too stupid to be able to tell the difference in armor color each faction wears. |

Nothing you do means anything in PS2. Everything resets itself. I prefer the PC of Dust 514 instead of the temporary land grabs of PS2

Its all about preference really, I love the fact that the battle is on going. Go to bed one night, get off work the following day to find out those bitches in the opposing faction stole the location our faction acquired. Not to mention the large scale battlefields, on PS4 the popularity will rise and we'll probably reach the player cap of 2000 per continent.

Heee, yes, that 16v16 match you had sure had a lasting effect on New Eden as far as you're concerned. They reset the maps every week and rotate the home bases to give each faction a chance at holding a different third of the map. At least each "match" lasts a whole week. |
