The real question: "Is DUST 514, as we know it, ever going to see the day with racial weapons?" I am betting nothing new comes out for DUST short of some bug fixes that will also apply to Legion (shooting while cloaked, falling through the world, absolute range on weapons set to -1, and certain skills doing nothing) and everything DUST 514 (PS3) is never seen to simply get Legion out faster. Even if CCP didn't mean for it to happen, Legion's announcement means DUST 514 (PS3) is dying and I think they will want to get the corpse out of the house before it starts to stink.
