Imagine being a backup QB brought into a football game at halftime down by four touchdowns. This was the situation CCP Rouge inherited as the new EP of Dust 514. '

A very good read. Pretty much all my feelings were summed up within and I agree totally with the proposed 8-step process.

I approved this blog, it does line it up very well. Still, compensation don't cover the console user with no gaming PC who are just left behind. |

very good point. are you in that demographic? we're open to hearing community suggestions and editing the piece. we're all in this together. this can't be a situation where we ignore a segment of players because their problems dont apply to us. we've seen this too much by players like Dust Fiend and in our estimation its reprehensible.

This blog was dead on!! I am looking into building a new PC for Legion and I'm hoping a lot of my corp moves to Legion. The main thing I loved about Dust was the friends I made. Please make this transition in favor of us who had hopes of this being a console shooter. |

Yes I am. Even though I do have money to rebuilt my old desktop, I am still thinking about doing it since I don't spend my money into gaming at that extend. We are talking about 500-700$ here to built something worth it. I bought a PS3 for Dust because it was a cheap console (160$ when I bought it) and a free game.
Funny thing. I do think moving to PC is a good move for CCP anyway. Probably because I am a casual and prefer this FPS to improve and succeed instead of dying slowly. I think once it is robust on PC, you'll see it on PS4.
PC mean faster development, no sticks in the front wheel from Sony and that is where CCP is heading. Try to provide to everyone the changes we all wanted in a timely manner...MMO, PvE and what not. Using an improved UE3, well that is another topic. |

ccp still does not care about feedback
i.e. theres only a single feedback forum instead of area specific feedback subforums with dedicated DEV per feedback subforum
i.e weapons , suits, vehicles , mods, market , sounds, etc feedback subforums with organization of data
a single feedback forum is terrible AKA as a two acre warehouse where all documents get dumped with promise of your feedback is " important " ....lol.
