I invested 40 dollars into dust, best 40 dollars I have spent on a game since call of duty 4 modern warfare and is easily better than that. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in dust and today had great games with some friends, even though I was unsure about logging in a few days ago I am still having loads of fun!
If they had said, "you have to start from scratch again" I would have biomasses myself. Because that would have meant a years worth of progress being lost for nothing. However they are going to transfer all of our characters and legion will reach heights that the ps3 simply cannot. We all knew dust would be moving, most of us hoped for the ps4, but the computer makes alot more sense. They have experience working with games on computer, which means faster development, they will have less red tape when rolling the updates out, and computers can just handle more.
If you thought dust wouldn't be moving somewhere you must have been living under a rock. Yes they f***** up telling us, something which I am very disappointed in and shocked etc etc but this has to happen if we want to see the dust they promised us.
A lot of the people supporting this is eve players who wanted it on PC to begin with. So the player count will probably be huge when it launches, I'm going to enjoy stomping some eve players into the ground.
A lot of the people leaving and biomassing are drama queens (eg this thread), ones that the dust community are better off without in the long run. Thank you for your service, hope you had fun! |

Wow a 1000 dollars huh? I spent 40, 20 for closed beta access and 20 for a pack that had a bpo I wanted. I stopped giving CCP money after that because I wasn't happy with the lack of progress being made on dust. I thought if they made a really good patch that had something big in it I'd throw them a bone.
Guess you feel pretty foolish now huh? Honestly I would never spend over 100 on a game ever.
As far as fake stuff, monies, and time spent recruiting  like its relevant. |
