They hire them to convey the company's goals and defend the company, not the players. calisk galern BurgezzE.T.F General Tso's Alliance 2457	Posted - 2014.05.04 20:53:00 - [8] - Quote yep to sum it up you want sotapop representing the community in an open discussion with the devs. as it stands he would not be useful as the csm, community manager or within any form of dev role. what ccp is two things in my opinion first and foremost they need a PR department because legion was handled as badly as it gets, second they need someone in charge that actually cares about the player base that built dust. legion can be developed in a way as to accommodate dust players, but they need to want to do it.
