Pretty self explanatory , if ur using shields and little armor, be able to end the fight quick, if your in the open like say manus peak, use a good armor buff an a range weapon

Please for the love of god do not use either of these builds

For PC or pubs

They are actually pretty disgraceful to proper scouts.

Shields are like paper even in the higher numbers. Going from Gal logi to Min logi was a tremendous shell shock. It's a whole different playstyle. Unless you can strafe well or know how to run away effectively i wouldn't suggest it. Armor is the king of defense.

Did you really? Well the cloak wit the 18, is pretty hard to friggen misunderstand since THERE'S ONLY ONE THAT HAS A NUMBER IN IT! Compact hive is the scout hive, everyone knows that so being SPECIFIC ISN'T NESECARY! The rail rifle BEAST fit is a great outside letter control fit, cuz wit max skills your not hiding from anything unless your gallente so theirs no point in running range or precision cuz I won't see a gal anyway, so I may as well have the brick to fight once I see him. I been scout since beta so shyt talk all u want but you don't know me. And if you can't figure out complex precision enhancers without me typing it in full form than you must be NEW! Think about it, cal scouts use enhancers, I already listed my 3x comp shields , what the hell confused you # dumbdumb ?
