It's been cancelled for a LONG time now, like way before Rouge was even hired.

Thank goodness I didn't go ahead and buy Vita for Dust.
As I did for PS3.
Came back to Dust from a break and what did I find?
Cloakies with physical invisibility which works in all situations.=(

Vita's a great little handheld. Not having a Dust app shouldn't put folks off buying one.
I got mine in a competition, and expected to sell it after a few days of owning it, since I already had a DS. Now it's required packing on all the trips I make, while my DS frequently gets left behind. If it broke, I'd honestly replace it.
Monster Hunter FU with the Vita's control layout is amazing. No more having to use THE CLAW. And Gravity rush is possibly one of the best handheld games I've ever played. |

Gravity Rush is one of the best Vita games I've ever played. Kept me immersed into it's world the entire time. 
/ontopic, I won't be surprised if they permanently ditched the app to work on an app for Legion.
