For those of you getting your images cut off, you have a height of about 100px to work with, anything taller than that will get cut off.
Not sure about the exact width, anyone know?

JPG needs to be at the end.
download pic to computer. Use google free image hosting. Resize to thumb nail. Make sure you use DIRECT like.
