CCP knew for 6+ months that Dust was unsupported and continued to deceive their customers.

In addition to defrauding its playerbase, CCP also is attempting to defraud Sony out of an exclusivity contract they signed for use on Playstation by repackaging the game under a new name. That's why they are attempting to rename "Dust 514" to "EVE: Legion", yet based on the fanfest videos, it's literally the same product with a few bells and whistles. People calling Sony and charging back has just been motivation for Sony to investigate CCP's shady business behavior on a larger level. Not only have they screwed their customers, but they've also screwed Sony's customers (the Playstation community) and they are attempting to screw Sony out of an exclusivity contract on PS.
