i entered to see how many people were playing at it said 45k+ mercs also i dont know if that numbers are for real, thing that i doubt it, plus all my frinds contacts have less than 70 kills. That means to me they stop playing, same as me.

I logged on found out they were ******* us over then proceeded to play BF3 and payday 2 with my friends. We should just boycott Dust, I know this won't change what is going to happen but I don't think we should continue to support CCP if they are just going to abandon us.

Keep in mind that maybe 10% of the player base even reads the forums. The news will take a long time to filter out.
And of course there will be an orgy of OW usage and vehicle spamming until the ISK is gone. |

i tryed to play but i quit in middle of game due to disapointment, i was 100% seriously sick to my stomach due to hearing PC and not ps4 because im a console only fan and, ive been a 100% seriously fan of dust 514, it became my favorite game, i am gonna try today but i doubt i will play long, you guys are sad many players are console gamers now, i am very much you sadden me, well if you dont go for ps4 soon planetside 2 will erase the memory of dust 514 and project legon i so ccp please impress us and stop worrying about valkeri and give us the dust experience but better on ps4, if so i will became loyal 100%, im not 100% now due to you heartbreaking announcement. im a mojoa fan of dust 514 and wish to play on my playstation please give us project legion news at e3 2014 for ps4 |

I've AFKed a few times whilst sat here watching the community dissolve.
Honestly it's trying to play that makes me want to biomass more than anything.
Before the announcement it was satisfying even to do badly in a match, because you still have the payout at the end.
Now that payout isn't worth anything to me. Not when the future looks so bleak.
So all we're left with is a sub-par lobby shooter that CCP hopes will keep spinning out some na+»ve aurum purchases here & there before they pull the plug.
Sure, why the f*ck not?

I spent a good deal of time on yesterday.
The thing was - I wasn't actually playing the game. I was just chatting with old corpmates and friends about the events from fanfest. As other's have stated, I would expect this "end of the world" party to continue for the next week or two until people start burning through assets. CCP may try to salvage things by announcing changes to their road map, but I'd say the damage is done. The news will spread slowly through the community (most Dust players don't read the forums or keep up on CCP politics). I will say as a personal note, three of my friends went out and bought PS4's and Battlefield 4 yesterday as a result.
The only thing that was really keeping me logging into Dust was the people I played with. I was bitter about a game that had promised so much, yet delivered so little. It is now apparent why that is the case: they diverted much of their resources to EVE:Legion development. The part that made me decide that I was done with this game and company was thinking about the poor Dust players who flew to Iceland for the "Dust Keynote Speech" only to face the embarassing realization that they had been duped by a company they wholeheartedly supported.
TLDR:
- Numbers will continue to dip as people burn through their assets.
- Faith in the long-term value of being a Dust Mercenary has evaporated.
- Expect very strong damage control from CCP - Don't believe their lies! Their position is clear: Dust is dead, Legion killed it.

I've spent the 9mil SP i had sitting around, I'm burning through some officer weapons and some isk, if I get enough SP I'll max out Cal Mediums and see if I can lose my officer drop suits too.

There are rumours of heavy handed censorship already on the Eve forums. If you believe them, people have had their posts deleted and their accounts banned for taking the "incorrect" stance....
This should've been announced last month. Fanfest and the Origin Event.... What a sick joke to play on people. 
@Legion: Yeah ok, every feature, every concept?: All things that were vociferously requested by members of the community.... But the way in which those requests were answered?: Nice Troll there CCP, bunch of c***s.
