Sony only has control of the interconnection via the PSN account, everything else is on CCP's servers, That is why it was released on the PSN instead of Xbox Live. Amazing how much the ignorance runs deep....

All of our character and asset data is on tranquility, sony doesn't own ****.
Our assets are fine and completely transferable as long as CCP can figure out a way to pair a legion account with a PSN account so they can assign your dust assets to your legion character.

For example: if a skill is titled SMG Proficiency on DUST, but on Legion something similar is called SMG Damage Bonus, CCP can choose not to give you anything because technically they are not titled the same. Thus rendering any promise of skill transfer to specific terminology.
The word "applicable" is used in many legal documents to make you think you'll get what you wanted, but in the end get nothing.
