Will we be able to use ps3 controllers in legion?
I know my friend uses a ps3 controller to play battlefield or something on his PC, so will we be able to do the same in legion?
Are there plans to do this?

I tried planetside 2 
My buddy said only select games do this so I wasn't sure if it was a common thing.
But seriosuly though, the ps3 controller is like my bread and butter....I can't shoot for $#!T with a mouse and keyboard

I doubt seriously that EVE Online players, which is who Legion is being created for, want controllers. Also, the point and click your way to Salvage in Spaaace is a traditional botched up CCP/everywhere UI.
While you might be able to, the odds of them simplifying the user interface sufficiently to do that is nil.
Although the new Steam controller will probably work okay-ish depending on how many different keys or key combinations are required.
And so it goes.

Yeah I always use the PS3 controller and probably a lot of people do too, so why wouldn't they?
Just Ask yourself who would have a game on the PS3 but you can't use the PS3's controllers?

You can use DS3 controllers on PC with the right drivers. I used It on bf2142 and bf3 (Planetside 2 aswell)
Controllers compatibility wasnt so common years ago, but now most of games got it ,even console games ports. :D |

Not many FPS games officially support controllers on PC although you can try to use 3rd party platforms like motionjoy or xpadder to emulate controls although it might not be the best at all compared to controls on supported games or console games.
Platformers , some action games , some mmos , and some racers usually have controllers officially supported on PC . |
