After a little investigation on Dustboard.com I discovered that the OP was at least being honest about one thing: he was a closed beta player. from January 2013. He was also a founding member of his corporation, which was made just a few days before Dust's official release. That doesn't sound like someone's troll forum alt to me. I saw that rail rifle in the Legion gameplay demo. I have rail rifle Ops V. Character transfers to Legion kthnx.

Haven't done that, but my understanding is that you need to use Sony Online Entertainment's support, not playstation support, as it is a matter concerning their online games division.

That's what I meant. Either way as long as you ring an official PlayStation/Sony number, they will/should redirect you to the right department.
