Everything from the game should be removed, apart from the merc quarters. The monitor in the mq will be blank apart from the words 'game over' in red.
Your merc should have default animation of rocking in the corner while he contemplates suicide via the noose hanging from the ceiling.

The monitor in the merc quarters should be changed to the "DUST 514" Keynote and "DUST 514" Progression panel looping back to back. |

That would require Dust to get another Content update... but I doubt they'll even hotfix the mess they left with 1.8
