If by "updating the Amarrian HAV" you mean: All Dust 514 PS3 development has ceased, then yes, they are updating the Amarrian HAV.

I have a new PC, and I will use it when Legion comes out (it has windows 8, and I bought it last christmas)....
It is nice to know what is coming in the long term future of dust!
But wha about the near future? What about the ps3!?
The new commandos should have a better paint job. Look at the Amarr one!
