So I hope i'm not jumping to conclusions, but after reading the forums today it appears that the life span on our mercs has become finite. Though we don't know what the clock actually reads, it seems the end has begun.
I'm still at a loss for words, the scope of emotions that come up when I think about Dust is mind boggling. I'll probably have a post later on recounting my early exploits as a Dust merc, as well as my path to whatever point it is that I reached.
I'll probably also get drunk one night and troll CCP with every ounce of my might, one last time.
But for now, i'd just like to say goodbye to all of you sorry bastards. Never have I met a group of such entitled, socially inept, violent, and all around sh*tty human beings. I hope all the bad things in life happen to you, and no body else but you (Dave Chappelle).
Lol, I kid, I kid. I've had a blast here, in game and on the forums. I've had the chance to speak with people all over the world whom I would have never met otherwise. From South America, to Australia, Canada, all over Europe, and right here at home in the states. It has been a great oppurtunity to become a more cultured, world knowledgable person, and likewise I hope exposure to our culture here in the states brings you all down just a little closer to our level.
To everyone on the forums, verbal sparring is always a pleasure, whether we ever saw eye to eye or not, I had just as much fun here as I did in game.
Which is not much ;)
And to all the corps, whether they be PC or Pubs, Ambush or Domo, Mechanized or Invisi-Scouts, GG. It was fun testing my skill against all of you.
I know things aren't shutting down today, but I was hoping for a change from 1.8, and with that seemingly not happening, I won't be around much longer. Gonna do a bit of socializing over the next week or so, get some PSN names, play a match here and there, then its off to whatever the next adventure is. Hopefully one day us MAG vets will have a stable home, of a quality we deserve. Whrn that day comes I hope to see you all there.
