Have you ever seen a restaraunt that is pretty good go under. The food, prices, services, ambience or something is just a little off, there are not enough customers or profit, so they start making cuts, which leads to things being worse, so fewer customers, so more cuts. Then it gets obvious that what is needed is a huge change but by that time, it is too late and the best they can hope for is to look good enough that someone else will buy them. Well, I think that is ehat we have here. So was this badly handled, yes, but I am not sure there was a whole lot of choice.
