How am I supposed to support a game and help the development of a game by testing it out and give feed back about it when it will eventually be taken away from me with nothing to show for it? Im just taking about the gamers who play this on the PS3 and play all games on the PS3 and have no intent on playing it on a pc not because they can't because they chose not to. I guess you can say how is a casual player like me supposed to feel about this? Just seems wrong that they think PS3 gamers, the gamers who only play Dust 514 and not EVE will just bow down and continue to play and help develop and test Dust 514 like sheep, because its free? |

I can't help but think this was planned all along. The put out a free beta for a free "one of a kind game" on the PS3 for testing and development knowing that this will attract gamers. They then trow deals, booster, double experience events, so on and so forth to entice gamers to buy said deals, booster and what not so they can play more and get more SP. In doing this they get revenue and testing at the same time. Now that they have enough information, test and revenue they can now go forth with the intentional plane of taking it to PC. Did they just get free tester and revenue from PS3 gamers? I wouldn't have a problem which this if I would be able to play it the same way and on the PS3. Idk just what Im thinking at this point. |

It's like someone else is getting credit for our game feed back and testing. I just reiterate Im speaking as a causal gamer of only PS3 and have no ties or experience with EVE other then what Dust 514 promotes, in the belief that this game will eventually move to PC only and forever. Honestly if they would of been up front or maybe spoke about this game moving to the PC at all I would of looked at this situation differently and still would of been cool with this game and support it. |
