Which would be sad, considering they have now officially admitted that DUST will NEVER be what they had pitched to us. Granted, many of us felt that way anyways, but now the writing is on the wall, and it can never be removed.

You're deluding yourself if you think its not going to be made. It was the main event of the dust514 keynote, looks nearly identical, and is being worked on by the exact same dev team that worked on Dust514. If I were Sony right now I'd be suing.

Legion is great... how CCP screws over all Dust players by basically telling them they won't get the stuff they were promised and not even transferring chars to Legion... not so much.

Legion is going to be made by the very same experienced veterans of Video Gaming Excellence that have failed us repeatedly, consistently and currently. Of course it might not be made. EVE players will be lucky if they see anything more than more demos for the next five years with many, many promises of SOON(vapor ware).
That is the only thing about this entire dung covered rag of truth that makes it worthwhile. To listen to the QQs from EVE players when they discover that nothing works, hit detection is non-existence and bugs are not going to be fixed because the Vets from Shanghai are off updating their fabulous resumes. That will be worth it. Not much else though.
And so it goes.

Oh don't worry. These veterans were working on Legion all the time. That's why Dust didn't get much content.
