Not "moving."
They are essentially using all the mistakes they learned from Dust and completely remaking an MMOFPS set in EVE on the PC.
As far as I can see, there will be little, if any, continuity.

They stated that the vision that was originally Dust's vision is now Project Legion's mission. Also, Logibro said that while the devs would LIKE to give us our data on the PC, they're apparantly not sure if they can from a technical stance. |

Legion is considered a new and different game. Even though it's the same game.
And CCP has not and will not confirm transfers, which means they are seriously considering double dipping. |
