- EVE Vegas, CCP Praetorian said they were "laser focused" on PS3 for Dust. Technically not a lie since Legion is a separate product, but still intentionally misleading.
- The 7 months from CCP Rouge's hiring to now, they didn't responsibly tell us they were restarting on PC because they wanted to debut the game with gameplay footage for the media.
- All these massive accelerated skill point weeks we've been getting lately, people bought boosters thinking their SP would matter. Characters progression is not transferring to Legion though, not to mention the PC is a high barrier price of entry for a lot of the Dust players.
- Omega boosters went on sale, people stalked up thinking these would be useful in the long run.
- Fanfest presentations listed as "Dust 514 Keynote" and "Dust 514 Progression" when in fact they were "Project Legion Keynote" and "Project Legion Progression." This done because:
- Get Dust player to view the presentation so more viewers and thus more money from ads
- Get some Dust players to even buy the $20 HD subscription
- And get some Dust players to even buy tickets to Fanfest itself. Man I feel sorry for those guys.
CCP, I wouldn't be nearly half as mad at the move to PC and under a new name if you were at least honest about it from the get go. You didn't need to debut your game with gameplay, you needed to be responsible and let your fans know you were changing directions.

3. You don't know characters will not transfer. It was mentioned on the stream that they want to do it.

Absolutely agree. I want to play Legion, I want to play they game the promised us, but I've invested about a year into the game they gave us, I was expecting news about they game we have, and how they want to update the game to what they want it to be,. I didnt want to hear about how they will start from scratch. |

YOU NERDS WERE ALL SOLD ON 'POTENTIAL'.
I have posted time and time again MONTHS ago that this game was sorely lacking, that if it didn't gain certain things it would never succeed. Now they come out and straight up tell the community it is NEVER COMING.
Every one of you fanbois out there who tried to rebuff us, the people who saw reality, deserve this. You all cried on and on about POTENTIAL and how the game was "GOING SOMEWHERE". Well guess what. It isn't. And you guys are butthurt now. You all invested time into the game, but what you didn't realize is, that doesn't guarentee you ANYTHING. All it means was you agreed to play the game in its current state.
If you put money into this game, I feel kind of bad for you, but YOU KNEW THIS GAME ONLY HAD "POTENTIAL".
Yeah, it sucks, but the fact is, you KNEW beforehand it could trainwreck, but now that is has you demand refunds. Your never gonna get them. Maybe this will be a lesson, don't count your chickens before they hatch.
I wish I could feel better about saying "I told you so" but in reality this just sucks. But if I could see it, anyone who had their eyes open and their fingers out of their ears could have seen it too. GG CCP
So, fanbois.... where did all the "potential" go...?
