supposedly not http://dust514.com/news/blog/2014/05/introducing-project-legion/ at the bottom of that dev blog they said they'll continue to work on the Ps3 version.

I'm calling it now. Once Legion is out, CCP will make the statement: "Due to recent development and cost cutbacks and the fact that Dust 514 is no longer providing a significant player base, we will be ending Dust 514 and devoting all of our time and resources to Eve: Legion"
