If you care about this game you would be happy that there is going to be a PC version,
No waiting for sony to approve updates
no technical limitations
test servers
the list goes on and on

Although DUST 514 and Project Legion will function independently of one another, and are different projects on different development paths, DUST itself has a lot more shooting-in-the-face action to come. The team and I remain committed to continuing to improve the experience on PlayStation 3, while simultaneously making sure GÇ£Project LegionGÇ¥ becomes the experience weGÇÖve all dreamt of.
That's saying we wont add anything else to Dust, but will keep it alive until Legion is ready.. |

I just wish CCP would be honest and tell us that they will be abandoning dust. I don't see the point in two independent fps shooters in the same universe.
I'm discontinuing my eve account as soon as my sub expires.

Yes.. they will have to split they employs, so they can work on 2 games - how can you see this as good thing?

That is a naive statement. Especially since CCP started late and ended early with this Keynote, that covered ABSOLUTELY nothing about what any of this means for console players.
Looking back at how SLOW the development for this game has been, when it was just a console game....how much content do you think you are going to see on PS3 now that the bulk of the Development Team is going to be working on EVE: Legion?!
The majority of this Community that CCP claims is so important...so vital to the future of Dust, is not going to play this game on PC. No matter how great it looks or smooth it plays.
This 'so called' big announcement was nothing, NOTHING, but a square kick in the jimmy to so many of us. So many of us who were just hanging on by the weakest of grip that their was something bright in the future for us. That is all gone now.
