DUST for PC named EVE: Legion, nothing actually announced on DUST.
Just to be clear, there's no EVE: Legion. Legion was the project name, same as Project Icarus was what Bioshock Infinite was called during development to keep it under wraps what they were doing. It's still EVE:Dust514, just on the PC. (And separating development from the PS3 version, which is it's death toll.)

Did they say dust on ps3 is coming to an end? They're being vague as normal on the blogs. Lets be honest KB n M outperforms the DS3 while PC is so much better than consoles for nearly everything At this time they don't need consoles now except for us to test out stuff until they move it to PC Except stability. As they are saying during the eve engine session, there are so many configurations of PCs it is impossible to test on all of them. You think DUST is buggy now? Wait till it's on PC.
KBM may be technically better than a controller, but not everyone is as good with kbm as they are with controllers. I stopped playing FPSs on computers back in Quake 1 times, didn't come back to FPSs until the first Medal of Honor and Halo, both on controllers. I bought Bioshock on steam, then went ahead and spent the money again to get it on my xbox...cause I suck at mouse control. I'm bad at Dust, and one small thing keeping me from being super super bad was not having all the pc-fps purists to compete against.
But I know I'm in a minority. I'm not interested in DUST because it's an FPS. I'm interested in it cause it's New Eden, takes less time commitment than Eve:Online, it's supposed to be moving toward a sandbox MMO, and doesn't eat 3/4 of my monthly gaming budget. The MMO component is way more important to me than the FPS component, so I never cared about doing whatever the majority of the FPS crowd preferred if it didn't make sense for the MMO component.
Sorry, I think that was a bit of a ramble...

don't let my positive attitude think i'm not pissed about the idea of the console versions of this game being scrapped, but it's not 100% certain that's what happening, the writing is on the wall but not 100% certain yet. I like your level-headedness, but I have other games to play and other things to do when the writing is that clear, even if they haven't spelled it out yet.

I'd bet you a ton of Dust isk that the name change is heavily tied up in those legal issues with Sony.
