No plans for the movement on PS4 currently.
No plans for transferring an account, since ya know, PS4 implementation hasn't been planned yet. But, yeah, I would assume CCP would be cool enough to do that for us.
There's a keynote on DUST 514. DUST 514 is on PS3.
Not liking DUST so much so far, but hey, its free.

Will ps3 be supported for years to come like u promised years ago?
Will everyone play on same servers if so will u adjust so the performance is equal and PC doesn't have upper hand?

If everything is to be separated there needs to be an option to transfer our accounts to PC. The PC is my natural platform and I don't want my efforts in Dust to have gone to waste when the PS3 version is eventually retired. |

Your character data is stored on CCP's servers so you should be able to access it there on the PC when the time comes.

The ideal situation IMO, they keep the PS3...PS4 thing rolling, but allow me to login with my character in Legion to do PVE.

I can say right now, I support Dust on PC, what I don't support is a New Eden divided by platforms, PS3 players were supposed to be able, in the future mind you, to interact with Eve players more than just chats and corp names. Both games are separate entities at this point and have no real connection other than members crossing platforms.
I like the trees, but if this is a separate game then I want to be able to bring my Dust characters into Legion. I want to know I didn't waste 3 years of my life on a promised cross platform game for it to turn into something that is nothing more than a reincarnation of unreal tournament or COD in it's final form on the PS3 before development is discontinued and the game scrapped.
For a keynote on Dust that "vision" was not at all about Dust but more a separate game altogether, will it be part of Dust or not?
