Yes, because destroying homes of an entire race, enslaving them, and then subjecting them to torture is considered helping. The only people who needed help are those who believe that the above is actually acceptable, and that they are indeed helping their victim by doing so. But I bet if I were to throw some Amarrians on a work field and start lashing them with my whip, they'd consider it as torture.
Torture? What torture that the Amarr themselves did not suffer? What toil did they suffer that we did not? Tearing down the old ways where tribe fought tribe, slew brothers and sisters, where they too enslaved one another for no purpose other than continued war......
