Similar to squad finder but you can post your preferred fit, mic, etc and get picked up by other squads that check out the merc finder.

I think we should get merc and corp ranking that can be used to improve the matchmaking and benefit the NPE. Also when EVE, Dust and Valkyrie get more merged it can be a way to get payed a fair share for the work you do. For example the hiring party can set a minimum mers rank and a fitting reward. This will get a lot of the proto mercs out of the lower tiers of matches.
That said the player base needs a big expansion before that happens because Scotty already has the biggest of troubles to get more specific matches going. |

I think that'll take up a lot of resources, the squads are already setting up for their battles, the mercs should have to find the squad they want to join into.

Yea but its kinda lame and doesn't really work. If I throw up a squad then randoms join and I have little control over the layout of the squad unless I kick peeps and continuously ask, "what's your fit bro?" I want to build a squad not sync with randoms into a match, what's the point? I need to recruit players that have definitive skills in particular regions.
Really, just get rid of squad finder and switch to the merc one. If you want to build a squad just go there and invite your mercs. Once invited your name will drop from the queue. The queue is searchable so you can find your rep logi, scanner, forges, HMG, knifer, LAV extraordinaire, etc.
I find this game's lack of purposeful squad building outside of corporate channels disappointing.
