Even better, the REs plastered all over your dropsuit can't hurt you due to friendly fire, but would absorb anything that hit them. Attach a bunch to your face, and a sniper headshot turns into a harmless case of tinnitus. Attach some to your back, shotgun scouts send you hatemail Attach them to your chest, a direct hit from a forge gun would only do splash damage.

I tend to think that sticking is a bug, not lack of sticking is as designed.
